How to get a good feedback rating on ebay

To make sure you have consistant sales on ebay you must make sure you keep your feedback rating as high as possible.
Would you want to buy from someone who's got a low feedback rating and poor comments about their service?
Buyers WILL check out your feedback and you need to make sure it's good.
  • Make sure you are polite and courteous with any questions you receive from a potential buyer. Reply quickly.
  • Make sure your item is how you described it in your listing. There's nothing worse than your buyer opening your sold ebay item to find it damaged in some way.
  • Take care with your packaging. Post your item quickly.
  • Don't try to make a killing on your postage or delivery charges. Buyers will respond negatively if you do this and your feedback rating could suffer.

Treat your 1,000th ebay buyer as if they are your first. Keep up your customer service. Buyers WILL return to you.

Cheers

Dave
